These terms govern use of GetPump Launch Desk, an independent site offering Pump.fun-compatible launch readiness checklists, creator brief reviews, bonding curve reply notes, and community moderation worksheets.
Independent scope
GetPump Launch Desk does not provide official Pump.fun support, account access, token creation, token promotion, exchange listings, wallet custody, buyer funds handling, liquidity support, trading signals, investment advice, or market-making services. References to Pump.fun describe compatible creator workflows only.
User responsibilities
Visitors are responsible for following applicable laws, platform rules, wallet security practices, and their own public communication obligations. Users must not send seed phrases, private keys, stolen content, doxxing material, false charity claims, fake endorsements, or instructions intended to deceive buyers or manipulate markets.
Content and availability
