Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains how GetPump Launch Desk handles creator inquiries, Pump.fun-compatible launch briefs, moderation notes, support emails, and package-scope records submitted to support@getpump.world.
Information received
Visitors may email coin page drafts, ticker ideas, public social links, moderation scenarios, launch timing questions, community role notes, and package requests. We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, wallet recovery words, exchange passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, buyer lists, or unrelated sensitive personal information.
Use of information
Information is used to answer inquiries, scope an independent readiness package, prepare creator operations material, handle support questions, and maintain basic business records. Launch notes and community briefs are not sold as marketing lists. If a message includes unnecessary sensitive data, we may ask for a revised version before continuing.
Retention and requests
Inquiry and support records may be kept while a request is active and for a reasonable record period afterward. You may request deletion of nonessential inquiry information by emailing support@getpump.world. Some limited records may remain where needed for refund handling, dispute review, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
