Refund policy
This refund policy explains how GetPump Launch Desk handles refund requests for independent Pump.fun-compatible readiness kits, launch page reviews, bonding curve reply worksheets, and community moderation materials.
Before custom work begins
If a package has not been started or delivered, email support@getpump.world with the purchase email, package name, and cancellation reason. We review whether intake, drafting, or custom review work has begun before confirming the available resolution.
After delivery
Delivered materials may include custom launch copy notes, moderation checklists, bonding curve FAQ language, charity-claim boundaries, and support handoff worksheets. Because these materials are prepared for a specific creator brief, they may not be fully refundable after delivery. If the delivered material misses the agreed scope, contact support with the specific issue so we can correct it or review a partial refund.
Exclusions
Refunds do not cover token price, bonding curve movement, market cap changes, PumpSwap or Raydium outcomes, buyer behavior, social media response, official Pump.fun account issues, or services not sold by this site. This policy should be read with the terms page.
